Hotel L2R – La Ferté-sous-Jouarre

1 - General:

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all reservations made with Hotel L2R, whether:
- via the website,
- by telephone,
- on site.
All reservations imply the Customer's unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2 - Services:

To book a hotel room:
Our services include:
- Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Free WiFi access within the hotel.
- Towels and bed linen are provided.
- Daily room cleaning.
- Hotel parking.

Not included:
- Trip cancellation insurance.
- Drinks at the bar.
- Tourist tax.
- Breakfast and/or dinner (unless otherwise stated).
- Anything not mentioned in the "Our services include" section.

3 - Rates

3.1 Flexible Rate
Reservations made at the Flexible Rate are confirmed upon payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, only the net amount received (after deduction of any bank charges) will be taken into account.
The full amount may be debited at the time of booking; if a cancellation is made within the specified time frame, 70% will be refunded automatically.
The 30% deposit remains due and is non-refundable.
The balance of the stay will be debited no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay.
Any special offers may be subject to specific conditions, which will be communicated to the Customer at the time of booking.

3.2 NANR, Early Booking & Special Offers rates
For these types of rates, 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, excluding any extras.

3.3 Package Rates
Package services (breakfasts, overnight stays, other services included) are inseparable and non-refundable in the event of non-use.
Meals not consumed will not be deducted or refunded.

3.4 Group Rates
For all reservations of four or more rooms, specific pricing conditions apply.
These are communicated to the Customer at the time of booking and take precedence over these GTC.

4 - Payment terms

4.1 Online payment
‍For
all reservations made via the website, the Customer must enter their bank details in the space provided for this purpose:
- Credit card number,
- Expiration date (the card must be valid at the time of the stay),
- Security code.
Accepted online payment methods may include: Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express, bank transfer.

‍4.2 Payment on site
‍The
price of services is payable in full on the day of arrival by:
- Credit cards (Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express),
- Cash,
- Bank transfer.
Checks are not accepted by the establishment.

The hotel may refuse cash payment, particularly if:
- Payment is in foreign currency;
- Banknotes/coins are in poor condition;
- More than 50 coins are used;
- Payment exceeds €1,500;
- The customer does not have the exact amount and the hotel does not have change.

5 - Cancellation and modification conditions

The deposit paid remains due and non-refundable depending on the type of rate chosen.
The NANR rate does not give rise to any refund.
The Flexible rate allows you to pay the balance 30 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the balance is due and non-refundable.

Any stay begun at the Hotel L2R is payable in full

No refund or reduction will be applied in the event of early departure.

6 - Security deposit

A security deposit of €100 is required from all Customers who have made a reservation, in the form of a bank pre-authorization (card imprint).
This pre-authorization does not result in an actual debit from the Customer's account.
It will only be used in the event of:
- damage or deterioration in the room,
- unpaid services on site.
The use of this deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.

7 - Internal rules & Responsibilities

Management reserves the right to refuse or expel any person exhibiting unacceptable behavior.
The hotel is strictly non-smoking. Failure to comply will result in a €200 cleaning fee.
Pets are accepted at an additional cost but are not allowed in common areas (breakfast room, restaurant). They must be kept on a leash within the establishment.
In the event of damage, loss, or deterioration of equipment or facilities (television, air conditioning, key, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the cost of repairs.

8 – Retention & evidence

The data recorded by the hotel constitutes proof of the contracts and transactions concluded between the hotel and the Customer, unless the Customer can provide evidence to the contrary.

9 – Personal data

The data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10 – Applicable law & disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
